Managing Director and Founder

Anil Behal has been associated with the insurance, financial services, and healthcare industries in the US for more than two decades, and continues to work with several major multinational corporations in India as well. He is the managing director and founder of ORGDYNE Training and Consulting, LLC, a Philadelphia-based firm with operations in New Delhi, India and a large network of independent consultants located worldwide. The firm continues to host a variety of online and face-to-face courses and conferences dedicated to the advancement of "applied" knowledge in leadership, teambuilding, executive coaching, and organizational psychodynamics. In September of 2006, the firm made a significant pioneering breakthrough by offering the first-ever, "online" group relations conference in the Tavistock tradition, followed by the first "online" conference in 2007, to integrate the NTL and Group Relations technologies in a single event.

Anil holds a Masters degree in Management from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania and a Masters degree in Human and Organizational Systems from the Fielding Graduate University, Santa Barbara, California, where he is pursuing a PhD in Human and Organizational Development. His research interests include the systems psychodynamics of "social networking" and virtual communities of practice.In addition to traditional education in management and organizational development, Anil has also completed two years of experiential education and training in contemporary psychoanalysis (Modern Freudian) at the Philadelphia School of Psychoanalysis. He holds a graduate certificate in Six Sigma Healthcare (Green Belt) from Villanova University, Pennsylvania.

With support from BMW North America, and other like minded BMW enthusiasts, the BMW Car Club has grown into over 60 chapters across the country. Paul McCrate President / Owner and Custom Jewelry Designer, is a Graduate Gemologist, G.I.A. New York.  Paul started his career at the age of 15 and by 19  he took his portfolio to a very prestigious high end jewelry designer, Matthew C. Paul Levine

GOTR-NWIL Gala – March 4, 2011                     Onion Pub, Barrington, IL   

The GOTR NWIL Gala is our “premiere” event of the year! It is our largest fundraiser and draws in approximately 150 guests. Our gala features raffles, silent auction and a much talked about live auction! It is a huge hit year after year!

GOTR-NWIL 5K – June 5, 2011                           TBD

The GOTR 5K is the final celebration for all of our GOTR Girls! In 2010 over 1,000 people participated in the New Balance GOTR 5k. It is a family event (over 800 people were in attendance in addition to race participants!) and celebrates each and every girl! No one comes in first or last, they are all superstars!

GOTR-NWIL Golf Outing – June 27, 2011            Pinecrest Golf Club, Huntley, IL

Our first annual golf outing was held at Pinecrest Golf Course in August of 2010 and was a great success! We received such great feedback that we decided to make our Golf for the Girls a permanent fundraiser on our calendar!
