Session Description:  This seminar deals with the pressures of the executive responsibilities relating to the balance of power and compassion for the people who work with and for you.  Take an executive trip down memory lane if you will, as to ones own climb up the ladder and how it felt on the way up.  Revisiting some of the highlights and successes as well as unlocking the gladly forgotten, sometimes painful memories of that journey helps to bring about new understanding to the current role and how today’s actions can impact someone else's life path.
